Active Employees Current Benefits Book

The Group Term Life and Optional Coverages Benefits Book for Active Employees describes the coverages available to eligible active employees, as well as step-by-step instructions for filing claims. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the benefits book and the master group policy or plan document, the master group policy or plan document will control.
