Active Employees Benefits Book Archive

The archived Group Term Life and Optional Coverages Benefits Book for Active Employees describes the terms and conditions of the coverages available to eligible active employees for the Plan Years 2003 to 2008. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the benefits book and the master group policy or plan document, the master group policy or plan document will control.
