Employees report that dental is the most important employee benefit after medical*, making dental insurance one of the most significant benefits an employer can offer. Available on both an employer-paid and voluntary basis, our PPO group dental programs are designed for both the employee's and the employer's benefit budget.
PPO Dental Insurance
Our national network of approximately 70,000+ fully credentialed participating dentists and specialists offers employees substantial cost savings. Employees can see any dentist in the United States without a referral. There are, however, special benefits for those selecting a network dentist. Through our Find a Dentist feature, employees can locate a dentist and create a personal directory of network dentists in their area.
Voluntary Scheduled Dental Programs
These unique dental programs for groups of two or more lives (five or more in WA and OR) are simple and identify a maximum dollar amount payable for each dental procedure. Employees can utilize any dentist, and benefits can be paid to the dentist or reimbursed to the claimant.
