New York Disability Benefits Law
Fort Dearborn Life Insurance Company® of New York offers solutions for New York employers required to provide their employees with the statutory benefits under the Disability Benefits Law (DBL). Under New York's DBL, employers are required to provide weekly benefits to eligible employees who are disabled due to an on-the-job injury or illness. Our DBL product provides the state mandated benefit as well as options for enhanced benefits that give employees additional income protection.
